Travel Advisor (concierge)

The Travel Advisor ConciergeThis role is combining creative itinerary design, strategic supplier negotiation, and administrative precision.

You will be responsible for researching and building personalized trip proposals, liaising with global suppliers to secure the best rates, and maintaining meticulous client records in our CRM.

The goal is to deliver seamless, high-value, and unforgettable travel experiences tailored to each client’s unique requests.

Key responsibilities:Itinerary ManagementResearch and create detailed, day-by-day travel itineraries based on client preferences (budget, travel style, interests, special occasions).Supplier Communication & Rate NegotiationProactively contact DMCs (Destination Management Companies), hotels, tour operators, airlines, and other suppliers to request rates, availability, and special conditions.Client Personalization & Request ManagementHandle special or complex requests (e.g., honeymoon surprises, accessibility needs, private charters, last‑minute changes).Administrative & CRM Tasks;assist and enter whole data related to the requests on CRM

QualificationsEnglish language is Mandatory Experience in travel consulting, concierge services, or tour operations. (big additional)

Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers (hotels, DMCs, transport providers).Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.Proficient with CRM systems (like Zoho).Strong research skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask – managing multiple active requests per day.
