Job Description

-Taking adequate preventive measures that protect the Company against legal issues and ensuring the Company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and Labor Law.-Preparing, drafting and reviewing all kinds of contracts and agreements.-Providing legal advice to the top management regarding all aspects of law, including the drafting of relevant legal acts and other documentation.-Representing the Company before courts, judicial authorities and all governmental and non-governmental organizations.-Completion of all procedures with notary, commercial register and GAFI- the General Authority for Investment , Preparation and Registration the general Assemblies and the minutes of the Board of Directors.

Requirements & Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in law.-3–5 years of experience in legal affairs, corporate law, or a related field-Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, compliance, and regulations.-Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.-Ability to ensure company compliance with local and international laws.-Excellent analytical and problem-solving.-Strong communication and negotiation skills.-High level of professional ethics and confidentiality.-Very good at speaking and writing in English.
