Job Description

Transportation & Fleet Management:Manage and coordinate daily company transportation and logistics operations.
Vehicle Licensing:Handle all official procedures, renewals, and legal paperwork related to company vehicle licenses.
Housekeeping Supervision:Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and facility maintenance.
Scrap Management:Oversee and coordinate scrap collection, sorting, and disposal operations efficiently.
General Facility Operations:Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operations across site facilities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:Bachelor’s degree (Any major / Open major).
Experience:Previous experience in facility management, administration, or fleet/transportation is a strong plus.
Language:Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Working Conditions:Working Days: Sunday to Thursday, plus2 Saturdays per month(Off: Fridays and alternate Saturdays).
