Job Description

Plan and organize heavy transport operational schedules and fleet activities.Provide administrative support and coaching to drivers and operational staff.Monitor operational performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during operations.Coordinate between different departments (Operations, Maintenance, HR).Follow up on job orders, daily reports, and submit updates to management.Assist in resolving operational issues in a timely and effective manner.Support continuous improvement of operational processes and efficiency.Ensure adherence to company policies related to heavy transport and logistics.

Previous experience in heavy transport or logistics is preferred.Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work with drivers and operational teams effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
