Job Description

Digital School by Berlitz helps children and teenagers aged 7–18 develop future-ready skills through coding, artificial intelligence, web development, and digital creation programs.
We are looking for driven Telesales Representatives who can understand parents’ needs, recommend the right learning program, and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
Contact new leads promptly by phone and WhatsApp.
Understand the student’s age, experience, interests, and learning goals.
Explain Digital School’s programs, learning paths, schedules, formats, and fees clearly.
Recommend the most suitable option rather than simply presenting packages.
Handle parent questions and objections professionally.
Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
Follow up on pending payments and incomplete registrations.
Maintain accurate and timely records of every interaction in the CRM.
Follow the approved sales process, scripts, and follow-up schedule.
Coordinate with the Operations and Academic teams when necessary.
Consistently achieve individual conversion and revenue targets.
Participate in coaching, training, and performance-review sessions.

Requirements & Qualifications

At least one year of telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing sales experience.
Strong spoken Arabic and good English communication skills.
Confident, persuasive, and professional phone manner.
Strong listening, questioning, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Ability to build trust with parents and communicate educational value.
Target-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
Good follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, and standard office applications.
Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends according to business needs.
Experience in education, EdTech, training, or subscription sales is an advantage.
