responsible for all technical, contractual, and documentation aspects of projects from tender stage to project closeout.Review tender documents, BOQ, drawings, and specificationsPrepare technical proposals and method statementsConduct quantity take-off and cost analysis with the estimation teamPrepare and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIsEnsure coordination between all disciplines to avoid clashesIssue site instructions, technical queries, and material approvalsPrepare As-Built drawings and project closeout documentsMaintain technical office filing system: drawings, transmittals, submittals

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering .

AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Excel Advanced FIDIC Contracts, BOQ, Method Statements, QA/QC procedures Good knowledge of Egyptian Code, ACI, and project specifications
