HIRING NOW: Team Leader

  • Medical BillingLocation: Cairo, EgyptShift: Night Shift 7:00 PM - 4:00 AMWe are a leading Medical Billing company expanding in Egypt.

Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Medical Billing Specialists- Monitor team KPIs: AR, Denials, Claims Submission, A/R follow-up- Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with US insurance guidelines- Handle escalations and daily reporting- Drive performance and meet monthly targets

Requirements:- 1-2+ years experience as Team Leader in Medical Billing- Strong knowledge of US Medical Billing, AR, and Denial Management- Excellent English communication skills
