Talent Acquisition Specialist - Mass Hiring

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in mass hiring to join our team.

The role will focus primarily on recruiting for call center positions, handling both English and Arabic-speaking candidates.

Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring needsSource, screen, and shortlist candidates for call center roles (English & Arabic profiles)Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managersMaintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackersEnsure timely fulfillment of hiring targetsPost job ads on various platforms and utilize different sourcing channelsHandle candidate communication and provide a positive hiring experience

Bachelor’s degree in any field1–2 years of experience in mass hiring / call center recruitmentExperience in the telecommunication or BPO industry is a mustVery good to excellent EnglishStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet hiring targets Preferred Skills:Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portalsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills
