Job Description

·        Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for white-collar positions.

·        Manage mass recruitment projects to support business growth in Egypt and operational requirements.

·        Build and maintain talent pipelines through partnerships with universities, vocational schools, and external recruitment channels.

·        Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

·        Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding.

·        Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.

·        Ensure timely and quality hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

·        Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide regular recruitment reports to management.

·        Demonstrated adaptability and agility in responding to changing business needs, labor market trends, and recruitment priorities.

·        Create and maintain a waiting list of candidates for critical positions required during business expansion period in Egypt.

Requirements & Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        2-4 years of experience in a similar Talent Acquisition or Recruitment position.

·        Experience sourcing and hiring across manufacturing, operations, technical, and corporate functions.

·        Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

·        Strong analytical skills with proficiency in recruitment metrics, reporting, and data analysis tools.

·        Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

·        Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

·        HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHRI, or CIPD Level 3-5 are considered as strong advantage.
