Senior HR Business Partner & Talent Management

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business line managers to address workforce and organizational needs.
• Support the implementation of Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives.
• Drive the Performance Management cycle and employee development plans.
• Identify talent gaps and recommend development solutions.
• Support Organizational Development and change management initiatives.
• Monitor employee engagement and retention activities.
• Provide HR guidance to managers on employee relations and performance issues.
• Analyze HR metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in , Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field

• Minimum of

3–4 years

of experience in Human Resources.

• At least

3 years

of experience in

HR Business Partnering

Talent Management

• Excellent command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of
