Senior Fleet Specialist

Oversee daily fleet operations to ensure timely and efficient transportation of poultry products.Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to align fleet schedules with business needs.Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics, implementing improvements to optimize routes and reduce costs.Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory requirements for fleet operations.Manage maintenance schedules and inspections for all vehicles to minimize downtime and extend asset life.Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.Prepare and present regular reports on fleet utilization, expenses, and operational challenges to management.Respond promptly to operational incidents, accidents, or emergencies, coordinating appropriate actions.

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.3-4 years of proven experience in fleet operations, logistics, or transportation management.Strong understanding of fleet management systems and route optimization tools.Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software.Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in transportation.Ability to work on-site and adapt to changing operational demands.Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
