Job Description

Leadthe entire procurement cycle for civil and architectural projects, from initial vendor identification to contract finalization.
Prepare and managecomprehensive tender documents, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Conductthorough market analysis and supplier evaluations to secure the best value for money and highest quality materials/services.
Negotiatecontracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors, optimizing terms and mitigating risks.
Collaborate closelywith engineering, project management, and legal teams to align procurement strategies with project goals.
Develop and implementprocurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Monitor and reporton procurement performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement and cost savings.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience Excellence:Possess a minimum of5-7 years of progressive experiencein Civil Engineering, Construction, Procurement, or Tendering roles, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
Master of Skills:Exhibit strong command over key competencies includingCivil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Invoices, Procurement, and Tendering
Strategic Thinker:Demonstrated expertise inProject Management, Contract Negotiation, Vendor Management, Cost Estimation, and Risk Management.
Tech-Savvy Professional:Proficiency with industry-standard tools such asAutoCADand advanced capabilities inMicrosoft Excelfor data analysis and reporting.
