Senior Architectural Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all on-site activities and installations.

Review Architectural drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

Ensure all work complies with project requirements, local codes, and safety regulations.

Coordinate with project manager, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status, risks, and delays.

Manage subcontractors and site workforce to ensure productivity and quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.

Ensure proper documentation, including as-built drawings and material records.

Attend project meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.3–15 years of experience in architectural site supervision Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing works Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications Experience with large-scale construction projects is preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software (Revit is a plus)
