Job Description

Manage dailyAccounts Receivable (AR)transactions and customer accounts.
Prepare and review customer invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and related documents.
Monitor customer balances, outstanding receivables, and aging reports.
Perform regularcustomer account reconciliationsand resolve discrepancies.
Record and reconcile revenue transactions accurately and on time.
Monitor revenue recognition and ensure proper supporting documentation.
Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Finance, and other departments regarding billing and collections.
Follow up on overdue receivables and support collection activities.
Prepare monthly AR, revenue, aging, and collection reports.
Analyze customer balances and identify unusual or overdue items.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist internal and external auditors with AR and revenue-related requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and applicable accounting standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field.
5–8 years of relevant experiencein Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, or General Accounting.
Strong knowledge ofAR, revenue accounting, customer reconciliation, and aging analysis.
Good understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition.
ExcellentMicrosoft Excelskills.
Experience withERP systemsandSAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Experience inindustrial, contracting, trading, or electrical/power companiesis preferred.
