Job Description

Responsible for fully leading all administrative and operational activities at our main headquarters and all company branches.

This includes the complete oversight of facility management (maintenance, cleanliness, security), directly supervising administrative support and logistics staff, personally escorting and managing high-value goods transport, and direct receipt of cargo from agent, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

FACILITY MANAGEMENT:Full oversight of company building operations, including all maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, networks), cleanliness, and security.
STAFF SUPERVISION:Directly supervise and distribute tasks for cleaning, maintenance, and security staff.

Mentor and guide office services personnel.

RENT & BILLS:Track and ensure on-time payment of all company property rents and facility utility bills.
LOGISTICS & CARGO:Provide personal field escort and direct supervision for goods transport, and oversee handovers and direct receipt from agents.
OFFICE SERVICES:Manage (Office Boys), fulfill office needs, and represent the company at government and service agencies.
