Job Description

● Handle daily banking operations by monitoring cash transactions and recording all transactions.● Ensure that all bank transactions are accurately recorded and maintained in the system.● Assist in month-end account closing activities at company and divisional levels within the required timelines.● Perform monthly and annual bank reconciliations.● Process all cash transactions related to deposits, withdrawals, and foreign currency exchanges according to business requirements.● Follow up on paid-up capital increases and ensure proper recording.● Record and track loan interest, follow up on loan balances, and ensure records match monthly bank reconciliations.● Record and regularly follow up on Letters of Credit (LCs).● Record and regularly follow up on Letters of Guarantee (LGs).● Prepare weekly cash flow reports, update cash flow records daily, and provide regular reports.● Manage cash inflows and outflows to maintain positive cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.● 5–7 years of professional accounting experience, preferably with relevant real estate experience.● ERP system experience is a must.● Ability to collaborate effectively within a real estate environment.● Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
