Process and manage sales orders, quotations, and contracts from initiation through to delivery andinvoicingMaintain and optimize CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) with accurate customer, pricing, andproduct dataCoordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery of chemicalproductsMonitor inventory levels and alert relevant teams on stock shortages or excessPrepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management reviewSupport the sales team with pricing, product availability, technical data sheets (TDS), and safety datasheets (SDS)Ensure compliance with chemical industry regulations (REACH, GHS, etc.) in all documentation andprocessesHandle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and credit notesAssist in sales forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline managementIdentify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline sales operationsSupport new product launches by coordinating internal readiness across departmentsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and pricing terms
