Develop and manage enterprise and mid-market accounts across the assigned regionsSell custom software development, product engineering, and managed delivery teamsBuild and maintain strong C-level and senior stakeholder relationshipsOwn the full sales cycle: lead qualification, solution shaping, proposals, negotiation, and closureWork closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and pricingGrow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesMaintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting

5–10 years of experience in software services / IT services salesProven background in selling custom software development or engineering servicesExperience covering Egypt and at least one of Africa or GCC marketsStrong understanding of delivery models (T&M, managed teams, project-based)Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable working with technical teams and discussing solutions at a high levelBased in Cairo with flexibility to travel regionally
