Remote Cold Caller / Appointment Setter - US & UK Market (USD Pay)

Alba Talent is a UK-based revenue architecture firm hiring cold callers to set appointments with US and UK businesses in the IT services and sales sectors.

What You Will Do:Make 150-250+ outbound cold calls per day to US and UK prospects- Follow a proven script to qualify leads and book meetings with decision-makers- Log all activity in our CRM (HubSpot)- Work US/UK business hours (typically 3PM-11PM Egypt time)

Requirements:B2+ English fluency (speaking with US and UK decision-makers daily)- Clear, professional phone presence with minimal accent- Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or SDR experience preferred- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
