Job Description

Manage thefull recruitment cyclefrom sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding.
Source candidates through, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Recruit for a wide range ofconstruction and technical positions, including:
Civil Engineers
Site Engineers
MEP Engineers
Technical Office Engineers
Site Supervisors
Foremen
Skilled Workers
Other construction and technical positions
Conductinitial screening interviewsand assess candidates' technical background, experience, communication skills, and suitability.
Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain an updatedcandidate pipeline and recruitment database.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Support urgent and high-volume recruitment requirements across different construction projects.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on vacancy status and candidate pipelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

1–3 years of proven

experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

Hands-on experience recruiting for construction, engineering, site, or technical positions is a MUST.
Good understanding of construction-related job titles, technical profiles, and site-based roles.
Proven experience sourcing candidates throughjob portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Strong CV screening and interviewing skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
Ability to managemultiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor's Degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldis preferred.
