Job Description

Recruitment (Blue Collars & Entry Level):Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.Manage candidate documentation and onboarding process.Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure compliance with HR policies.Learning & Development (L&D):Assist in identifying training needs for operational staff.Support in designing and scheduling training sessions.Coordinate logistics for workshops and on‑site training.Track attendance and evaluate training effectiveness.HR Operations Support:Prepare recruitment reports and KPIs.Ensure proper filing of employee records.Collaborate with HR team on employee engagement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.1–2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably blue‑collar hiring).Basic knowledge of Learning & Development processes.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
