Recruiter Needed to Build Commission Only Real Estate Sales Team (Ongoing Residual Override)

About Us:We are an established United States real estate investment company with over 13 years in business and more than 100 closed deals.

We are expanding our sales team and need a strong recruiting leader to drive this growth.The Role:You will lead our sales recruiting initiative from start to finish.

This is not a simple sourcing job.

You will own the full process: finding candidates, screening them, presenting the best ones to our leadership, and helping new hires get started.

Over time, you will build and manage a pipeline of commission based salespeople for our company.Your Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for commission only sales positions
• Interview candidates and test their English and phone skills
• Present qualified candidates to company leadership
• Support new hires during their first weeks
• Build a repeatable recruiting process we can grow withHow You Get Paid:This role pays you every month, not just one time.

You earn 5% to 10% of the earnings of every salesperson you place, for as long as they work with us.

Our salespeople earn 20% commission per deal, and our average deal is $14,000, which means about $2,800 per closed deal.

Each successful placement creates steady monthly income for you.

Who We Are Looking For:

• 2 or more years of recruiting experience, ideally for sales, call center, or BPO roles
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience screening candidates for phone based sales work
• A self starter who can work independently and report results weekly
• Based in Egypt or the surrounding region preferred
