Job Description

Coordinate and follow up on daily operations across all departments.
Act as the main liaison between Legal, Engineering, Sales, and Finance teams.
Follow up on contracts, legal documents, licenses, permits, and governmental approvals.
Coordinate with governmental authorities and external entities when required.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
Follow up on engineering requirements, approvals, drawings, and project documentation.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and action plans for management.
Ensure effective communication and workflow between all departments.
Manage and track workflows through Odoo ERP System.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Development.
Experience in Operations Coordination is required.
Strong knowledge of legal and governmental procedures related to real estate projects.
Proficiency in Odoo ERP and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Strong follow-up, reporting, and problem-solving abilities

Requirements & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Development.
Experience in Operations Coordination is required.
