Job Description

Develop and maintain theQuality Management System (QMS)across FM operations.
Conduct regularquality audits, site inspections, and technical inspections.
Monitor quality ofMEP, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, firefighting, and BMS services.
Ensure compliance withSOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and client requirements.
ManageNCRs, CAPA, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
Monitor quality KPIs and prepare regular management reports.
Investigate client complaints and recurring service failures.
Lead continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.
Train and develop Quality Engineers/Officers and operational teams.
Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Client Management teams.
Support internal and externalISO audits.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering – Mandatory.
8–12 years of relevant experiencein Quality, Facility Management, MEP, maintenance, or engineering operations.
PreviousFacility Management experience is highly preferred.
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification – preferred/mandatory.
Strong knowledge of QMS, audits, NCR, CAPA, RCA, SOPs, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
Strong technical understanding ofMEP and facility maintenance operations.
Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Good command ofEnglishand Microsoft Office.
