Job Description

Monitor and analyze quality performance across cutting, sewing, finishing, laundry, and packing processes.
Analyze quality data, defect trends, rework, rejection, alteration, and customer complaint information.
Identify recurring quality problems and conduct root cause analysis using appropriate quality tools.
Develop and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Conduct process audits to verify compliance with company procedures, work instructions, and buyer requirements.
Work with production and QA teams to identify process risks and prevent defects before they occur.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Garment Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, quality control systems, root cause analysis, CAPA, process auditing, and quality data analysis.
Very Good command of English, particularly for technical reports and buyer communication.
Very good user of Microsoft office programs.
