Job Description

Maintain university protocol in receiving guests and honoring them.Prepare visiting programs for delegations and important figures who visit the university.Prepare speeches, articles and annual reports.Respond to requests for information release or press conference from the media or designating aspokesperson or source of information.Prepare the content of advertising publications.Research and submit proposals for advertising purposes for distribution on various occasions.Prepare and organize official event and other internal university events.Respond to messages and inquiries received via social media platforms.Fully organize the university’s participation in educational exhibitions and forums.Keep the information the university’s website up to date.

Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, Business Administration or any related field.Experience as a public relations specialist from 1 to 4 years.Aptitude in presentation and public speaking, copywriting and editingExcellent oral and written communication skillsFamiliarity with university and higher educations is a plus.
