Job Description

Conduct targeted, daily field visits to manufacturing facilities and plants across industrial zones.
Identify key decision-makers (factory owners, general managers, finance heads) and present the business value of our SaaS ERP solution.
Deliver high-impact product demonstrations showing how the software optimizes production workflows, inventory control, and financial operations.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing and onboarding.
Consistently hit and exceed monthly subscription targets.
Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients to secure subscription renewals and referral opportunities.
Provide continuous market feedback from factory visits to support product and sales strategy development.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:1 to 3 years of proven experience in outdoor/field B2B sales.

Prior experience targeting industrial/manufacturing sectors or selling business software (ERP, accounting, POS) is strongly preferred.

Mobility:High energy, professional appearance, and full readiness for daily field visits to manufacturing facilities and industrial zones.
Communication & Influence:Exceptional interpersonal, active listening, and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently engage and influence factory decision-makers (owners, plant managers, CFOs).
Technical & Business Acumen:Ability to quickly grasp software features and translate technical ERP capabilities into practical business solutions for production, inventory, and cost control.
Drive & Mindset:Highly target-oriented with a strong closer mindset, self-discipline in pipeline management, and an eagerness to maximize income through performance-based commissions.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Commerce, or any relevant field.
