Organic Marketing Lead - Real Estate

We are looking for an Organic Marketing Lead to manage and execute our organic lead generation activities across social platforms, in addition to moderating the company’s social media pages.

The role focuses on content distribution, lead collection, customer interaction, and data management within the New Administrative Capital real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:- Publish marketing content (copy & visuals provided by the marketing team) across relevant Facebook groups and platforms- Identify and target groups with potential real estate buyers- Add and manage a dedicated contact number within posts to capture leads- Moderate company pages (reply to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally)- Respond to leads and follow up with interested clients- Collect and organize customer data- Upload and maintain leads on Google Drive / Sheets accurately- Track daily performance (posts, engagement, leads generated)- Ensure consistency in posting and engagement

• Minimum 2 years of experience in organic marketing real estate- Previous experience working on New Administrative Capital projects (mandatory)- Strong familiarity with Facebook groups and online communities- Good communication and customer handling skills- High level of organization and attention to detail- Ability to work full-time on-site
