Job Description

Manage user access, security roles, and permissions within Dynamics 365 F&O in alignment with best practices.Administer and monitor system environments (Production, UAT, Development) through Lifecycle Services (LCS).Support deployments, environment refreshes, and service updates to ensure system reliability.Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with Microsoft support, and ensure timely resolution.Monitor system performance, integrations, and data integrity.Oversee batch jobs, workflows, and scheduled processes to ensure smooth operations.Ensure compliance with internal policies and data security standards.Collaborate with developers and functional teams to enhance system efficiency and business processes.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O administration.Strong understanding of security frameworks (roles, duties, and privileges).Hands-on experience with LCS environment management and Azure DevOps.Familiarity with Batch Jobs, Data Entities, and database maintenance.Knowledge of Power Platform, OData integrations, and system monitoring tools.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Experience within non-profit or public sector organizations.Knowledge of disaster recovery and backup strategies.Exposure to Finance or Supply Chain modules is an advantage.
