Medical Reservations Agent (English & Arabic)

Join a fast-growing US-based healthcare company as a Medical Reservation Agent (English & Arabic).

You'll be responsible for converting incoming patient inquiries into booked appointments by providing exceptional customer service in English and Arabic.

Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to incoming leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google, website forms, SMS, and other channels.Contact potential patients via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email in English and Arabic.Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments through consistent follow-up.Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining accurate patient records.Update lead statuses and communication logs in the CRM.Answer patient inquiries regarding services, pricing, insurance, and promotions.Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion and patient experience.

C1 or higher English proficiency (spoken and written) is a must.Fluent Arabic speaker.Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.Experience in customer service, sales, call center, medical reservations, or patient coordination.Excellent communication and persuasion skills.Comfortable handling a high volume of leads.Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a medical, dental, or healthcare environment.Experience working with international clients.Trilingual candidates (English, Arabic, and Spanish) are highly preferred.Available to work full-time from (4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Cairo Time).
