Bachelor’s degree in Medicine / Pharmacy or related healthcare fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in medical auditing / quality assuranceAt least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership roleStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to lead and manage a team of medical auditorsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsKnowledge of auditing software and Electronic Health Records (EHRs)
