Weekly KPI dashboard: occupancy, ADR, cancellation rate, booking CAC, owner net.

Prepare the pilot launch for Saudi National Day (23-26 September 2026).

Requirements & Qualifications

2+ years inside a two-sided marketplace: short-term rental (Gathern, Airbnb, Booking), travel (Almosafer, Rehlat, Wego), property (Property Finder, Bayut) or field ops (Talabat, Careem).
Hands-on supply-side experience with owners, hosts or partners; not customer support only.
Comfortable with marketplace numbers (occupancy, ADR, take rate, CAC) and a simple Excel model.
Excellent Arabic, working English.
