Lead optimization and KPI improvement activities Analyze network performance issues Perform parameter tuning and optimization plans Support complex troubleshooting activities Daily KPI monitoring and reporting Perform optimization activities Analyze alarms and performance degradation Execute parameter and neighbor updates KPI monitoring and routine checks Reporting and database updates Support optimization team activities Follow up network alarms and issues

Strong experience in 2G/3G/4G/5G optimization Experience in VoLTE and LTE KPIs Knowledge of mobility and neighbor optimization DT analysis experience Multi-vendor experience preferred Good understanding of LTE/5G KPIs Experience in RF optimization Good analytical and reporting skills Telecom operations background preferred Basic understanding of telecom KPIs Knowledge of RF fundamentals Good Excel and reporting skills Good communication skills
