• Research new business opportunities across Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
• Build prospect databases.
• Conduct LinkedIn prospecting.
• Follow up potential customers.
• Assist with quotations and commercial offers.
• Track customer samples and collect feedback.
• Maintain CRM records.
• Prepare commercial reports.
• Coordinate customer requests.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing enquiries received from the website.
• Supporting customer communication.
• Following up orders.
• Preparing quotations and invoices.

• Organize commercial documents.

• Fluent English.
• Good French (professional level preferred).
