Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (screening, interviews, hiring).Handle employees’ personnel files and contracts.Prepare and follow up on onboarding and offboarding processes.Maintain accurate HR records and databases.Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking.Handle employees’ requests and HR-related inquiries.Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies.Coordinate with different departments regarding HR matters.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3-5 years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.Good knowledge of labor law and social insurance regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to handle confidential information.Good command of English.
