Job Description

Lead overall showroom operations and sales performance.
Manage, coach, and evaluate the sales team against defined KPIs.
Improve conversion rates, customer experience, and commercial performance.
Build and maintain relationships with car dealers, traders, brokers, distributors, and strategic partners.
Identify and negotiate new business opportunities and partnerships.
Develop and execute growth and market-expansion plans.
Monitor competitors, pricing, demand, and market trends.
Report directly to top management with performance results and actionable recommendations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of direct experience in the automotive industry.
Strong experience inautomotive sales, dealership/showroom operations, or automotive business development.
Previousmanagement/leadershipexperience.
Strong knowledge of theEgyptian automotive market.
Existing dealer/trader network is a strong advantage.
Proven record of leading sales teams and achieving measurable results.
Strong negotiation, commercial, and relationship-management skills.
Comfortable with field work, dealer visits, negotiations, and business meetings.
Able to take ownership and operate independently.
Must be able to work on-site in Tanta on a daily basis.
