Job Description

Key responsibilities
Welcome guests and explain the services.
Provide great customer experience.
Sell/recharge cards and wristbands, explain pricing and maintain session status.
Operate POS and reconcile cash, card and system totals.
Control the entrance and prevent unauthorized access.
Allocate session to customer; apply refund rules and escalate exceptions.
Use the iPad or request floater support during queues.

Requirements & Qualifications

1–2 years experience in reception, cashiering, hospitality, F&B, entertainment, or retail
Very good communication skills
Good English
Comfortable handling cash and POS systems
Presentable and customer-oriented
Good computer skills
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Able to stay calm during busy periods
Experience in hospitality, restaurants, entertainment venues, cinemas, hotels, or premium retail
Experience with bookings/reservations
Experience upselling products or services
Previous experience with POS/cash handling
