Contacting hotels, resorts and hospitality businesses in Austria by telephone
Speaking with Hotel Directors, General Managers, HR Managers and other decision-makers
Introducing VS Talent Tracker and our hospitality recruitment services
Identifying current and upcoming staffing requirements
Qualifying interested hotels
Scheduling online meetings between qualified hotel decision-makers and our management
Recording accurate notes and follow-up information in our CRM
Remote job
Target hotel lists
Call structure and sales training
Company presentation and recruitment information
CRM access where required
Support from our recruitment team

Previous telephone/B2B sales experience

Requirements & Qualifications

German:C1/C2 or native level
English:B1/B2+for internal communication
Confident and professional telephone communication
Comfortable with B2B cold calling
Reliable and organized
Previous sales, appointment-setting, hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage
Experience with Austrian or German-speaking businesses is a strong advantage
