Job Description

Record daily financial transactions, including revenues, expenses, and payments.
Prepare and review customer invoices for maintenance services, spare parts, and other services.
Record and monitor cash, bank transactions, and customer payments.
Follow up on accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Reconcile daily cash balances with actual collections and payments.
Monitor spare parts purchases, supplier invoices, and related expenses.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
Assist in preparing monthly closing entries and financial statements.
Coordinate with the maintenance, spare parts, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure accurate financial records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience as a General Accountant is preferred.
Experience in automotive maintenance centers or the automotive industry is a plus.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Word.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours:9 hours per day.
Weekly Day Off:One day off per week.
