We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our growing Fit-Out team. ????

Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior contracting sectorBuild and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, and clientsGenerate leads and convert them into projectsPrepare and present technical and commercial proposalsCoordinate with estimation, technical office, and execution teamsTrack market trends, competitors, and pricing strategiesAchieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in architecture / civil engineering / interior designProven experience in fit-out or construction business developmentStrong network with consultants and clients in EgyptExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsGood understanding of tendering and project lifecycleAbility to work under pressure and meet targets
