Job Description

Handle B2B customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with business clients.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
Handleafter-sales activities, including customer follow-up, complaints, returns, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth customer service.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after delivery.
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending cases.
Prepare reports and provide updates on customer activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2–3 years of experience in B2B Customer Service, After-Sales, Account Management, or a related field.
Previous experience dealing with B2B / corporate clients is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Good command of English, written and spoken.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
