Job Description

Handle initial inquiries (direct & indirect).
Conduct sales activities through enrollment.
Maintain positive customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Schedule lessons for customers.
Meet clients and solve their problems.
Ensure optimal Language Center appearance.
Update daily interview schedule with scheduled appointments for inquiries.
Follow up on unconverted inquiries and inactive customers.
Enter and manage customer information on CRM.
Prepare invoices, collect customer payments and handle other accounting activities.
Prepare reports and required documents.
Manage material inventory.
Maintain correspondence with customers.
8 working hours - shift-based.
6 days a week- Fridays off.
Work Locations available: Nasr City

Requirements & Qualifications

Have a Bachelor's degree in any major (A MUST).
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
1-2 years experience in the field.
Have a good command of written & spoken English language.
