Civil Technical Office Engineer (Q.S)

We are searching for a reliable Quantity Surveyor to join our capable team of professionals.

The Quantity Surveyor will be tasked with analysing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates.To be successful as a Quantity Surveyor, you should have a methodical approach and superb interpersonal skills.Prepared detailed and accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for different types of projects, ensuring project feasibility.Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineeringProven experience in technical office work, especially Quantity Surveying (QS)6-8 years of experience in projectsAbility to prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs)Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and ExcelGood knowledge of international codes, especially the Saudi CodeStrong coordination skills with site and technical office teamsAvailability to join within 20 days from receiving the job offer
