Chief Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Accountant to oversee and manage the company’s accounting operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and support management with financial insights to drive business performance.Financial Management & ReportingPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsure accuracy of general ledger and all accounting recordsMonitor and manage cash flow, accounts payable, and receivableCosting & OperationsOversee cost accounting and inventory valuationMonitor stock movements and production costsAnalyze cost structures and recommend improvementsCompliance & TaxEnsure compliance with local tax regulations (VAT, corporate tax)Prepare and submit tax filings on timeCoordinate with external auditors during auditsBudgeting & AnalysisAssist in preparing annual budgets and forecastsProvide financial analysis to support strategic decisionsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvementsTeam LeadershipSupervise and manage the accounting teamReview work and ensure high accuracyTrain and develop junior staff
