This role focuses exclusively on internal branding initiatives — ensuring our company culture, leadership presence, and team representation are consistently aligned and communicated across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Brand Growth: Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company’s internal brand presence and recognition.Social Media Updates: Manage and update all official social media platforms with content that reflects internal achievements, culture, and leadership initiatives.Personal Branding: Support heads of departments and team leaders in building strong personal brands aligned with company values.Internal Brand Development: Create and maintain a cohesive internal brand identity that fosters engagement, pride, and alignment across all teams.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a relevant fieldStrong English skills — both written and spokenCRM software knowledge and proficiency in MS OfficeSocial media trend awareness with a passion for viral content and audience behavior.Storytelling ability to sell brands, engage audiences, and drive conversions.Artist promotion experience including audience growth and fan engagement strategies.Adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving, content-driven industry.
