Job Description

  • Beauty Advisor – In-Store Sales
  • We are looking for an energetic and customer-focusedBeauty Advisorto join our in-store team.
  • As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for helping customers discover the right beauty products for their needs while delivering a welcoming, knowledgeable, and personalized shopping experience.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional in-store experience.
  • Understand customers’ skincare, haircare, makeup, and beauty needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, ingredients, and usage clearly and confidently.
  • Stay knowledgeable about new products, brands, promotions, and beauty trends.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer service and product recommendations.
  • Cross-sell and upsell relevant products while keeping recommendations genuinely suited to the customer.
  • Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
  • Assist customers with loyalty points, promotions, offers, and ongoing campaigns.
  • Maintain clean, organized, attractive, and fully stocked product displays.
  • Monitor product availability and communicate low-stock or merchandising issues to the Branch Manager.
  • Support receiving, shelving, pricing, and organizing merchandise when required.
  • Process customer purchases accurately through the POS system.
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of personal presentation, hygiene, and professionalism.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager and other Beauty Advisors to achieve the store’s overall targets.

  • Good organization and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, pharmacy, fashion, or retail sales is preferred but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
