Role DescriptionThis full-time Sales Specialist role is based in Cairo, Egypt, following a hybrid work model.

The primary focus of this role is to drive the growth of our SaaS product, MS-CRM, in the Egyptian market.

The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective B2B customers, understand their operational workflows, deliver compelling CRM product demonstrations, and guide them through the entire sales cycle.

Responsibilities include pipeline management, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience.

You will coordinate with our global technical and support teams and provide market feedback to continuously improve our product offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven track record and strong experience in selling SaaS products, specifically CRM software, within the B2B sector in Egypt.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and educate clients on technical solutions and user adoption.
Strong pipeline management skills with a results-driven approach to closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Comfort with using CRM tools for tracking sales activities, basic data analysis, and performance reporting.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment with excellent time management and self-organization skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
A genuine interest in cloud technologies, AI, and machine learning solutions.
