Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivableProducing error-free accounting reports and present their resultsAnalyzing financial information and summarizing financial statusReview and recommend modifications to accounting systems and proceduresManage accounting assistants and bookkeepersParticipate in financial standards setting and in forecast processProvide input into department’s goal setting processPrepare financial statements and produce budget according to scheduleAssist with tax audits and tax returnsDirect internal and external audits to ensure complianceSupport month-end and year-end close processDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration6–8 years’ experience in Accounts PayableStrong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Continuous improvement and transformation mindset.Ability to manage escalations with composure and influence.Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
