Job Description

Receive, inspect, and verify in accordance with approved procedures and GMP requirements.
Manage raw material receiving, Packaging, Finished Product, weighing, storage, and issuance activities.
Prepare and dispense according to approved material lists and production requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movements using SAP and warehouse management systems.
Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage in designated warehouse locations.
Prepare inventory, stock movement, and material issuance reports.
Coordinate with Production and other relevant departments to ensure timely material availability.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with GMP and warehouse SOPs.
Participate in periodic and annual physical inventory counts.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:Bachelor's degree in Science, Agriculture, or Commerce.
Experience:+3 years of relevant warehouse experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Technical Skills:Good knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and MS Office.
Good command of English.
Strong numerical, inventory management, and documentation skills.
Good understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
