Job Description

Sales Strategy & Target AchievementDevelop and implement effective motorcycle and e-scooter sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Team LeadershipLead, motivate, coach, and manage the sales and service teams to maximize individual and team performance.
Customer Relationships & ExperienceMaintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new customer opportunities.
Inventory & Market IntelligenceMonitor motorcycle and e-scooter inventory, product availability, pricing, and sales performance.
After-Sales, Parts & EV CapabilityDirect after-sales service and parts operations — workshops and accessories — across the division.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Automotive Management, or a related field preferred.
7+ years of sales experience in the motorcycle or powersports industry, with at least 3 years in a senior sales or divisional management role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and owning a full P&L.
Experience managing, coaching, and developing sales and service teams.
Exposure to after-sales/service operations and EV/battery technical capability is an advantage.
Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and retail operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales management systems.
Valid driver's license; ability to ride a motorcycle preferred.Work location: Cairo & Alexandria (multi-branch)
